HRD Technologies Ltd supplied a 2.00m Downstream Defender® to a site in Cabinteely for the removal of silts, grits and oils from the local road and domestic surface water prior to the entry to the attenuation pond. The treated stormwater enters the attenuation pond and the allowable discharge is controlled by the Hydro-Brake® Flow Control and this SuDS friendly system meets the requirements set out by the local authority to treat and control the surface water runoff.
