Overview
An advanced hydrodynamic vortex separator for the removal of settleable solids and associated pollutants.

The Swirl-Flo is a high rate solids/liquid separation device that removes suspended solids and associated pollutants at wastewater treatment plants. With a footprint 75% smaller than conventional clarification systems, it is easily integrated into new or existing treatment plants.

The Swirl-Flo Process is modular and can be sited above or below grade. Swirl-Flo uses advanced hydrodynamic vortex separation for primary treatment of wastewater. It can be used with the addition of chemicals to provide enhanced clarification to meet secondary treatment objectives.

Advantages
Primary clarification in a small footprint.
Easily linked with new or existing systems.
Easily upgraded from primary to secondary treatment.
Robust and able to absorb shock loads.
Minimal maintenance.
Lower whole life-cycle costs.
Low headloss.
